Bausano has evolved over the years and so have the Extrusion Lines that we produce. The technological advancement of our plastic extrusion machines is mainly due to our in-house design and development department.
We design and develop customised Extrusion Lines completely MADE IN ITALY. Screw and Barrel are completely designed, developed, and manufactured in-house with high quality and efficiency.
Bausano extrusion lines included extrusion head, calibration & cooling bench, haul-off unit, and feeders are entirely customizable according to customer project.

Our lines are suitable to produce PVC, HDPE & PP pipes, and at the same time are used for PVC, HDPE, PP & WPC granules, and profiles. Our Extruders are manufactured also for the medical sector and its special regulations. Bausano extruders can produce PVC, PP, PE, TPE & PU medical tubes, bags and sheets. Many other materials are processed with our Extrusion lines.
In addition, the latest innovation in the Bausano lines is our Recycling Extruder for the regranulation of Polyolefins (HDPE, LDPE, PP) and PVC.
