Description
Alfa PVC Sp z o.o. is one of the leading Polish producers of PVC-based compounds and dry-blends. It has been operating since 1998. The production plant is located in Witkowo near Raciąż, and the sales office is in Warsaw.
In 2018, Alfa PVC became part of the Benvic group - an international manufacturer with over 50 years of experience in the production of polymer blends and production plants in Europe and in the USA. Alfa PVC is currently in the process of adapting the name and visual identification elements to the operating model of the new owner.
With the support of the Benvic Group, Alfa PVC has completed several major investments, including modern storage infrastructure, new silos, and high-capacity storage tanks. The next stage of the company's development will be increasing the existing production capacity.
Alfa PVC specializes in the production of compounds made of plasticized (PVC-P) and non-plasticized (PVC-U) polychloride. The company's strong points are transparent recipes (plasticized and non-plasticized) and a whole range of materials dedicated to producing static and dynamic gaskets. The gasket material is certified by the German RAL Institute and the French CSTB.
Plasticized and unplasticized compounds are offered in a wide range of colors.
Each recipe offered by Alfa PVC is designed individually, tailored to the needs and specific requirements of customers and the machines they are processed on. The company provides professional assistance in selecting products and technical support at every stage of cooperation. The company also provides help in the selection of compounds with the required parameters and color. Alfa PVC has focused on the constant development of the R&D and quality control area resulting in the creation of modern facilities with laboratory devices, which are under regular technical supervision by accredited measurement laboratories.
In order to take care of the environment we have implemented ISO 14001 standard and we are very engaged in ESG strategy. A number of initiatives are undertaken both within the company itself and in the Group.
Alfa PVC uses only green energy and we have the appropriate certificate which proves it.
