Polish Armaments Group (PGZ S.A.) is a company that integrates the activities of all entities belonging to the PGZ Capital Group. Within its activities, the company is responsible for building corporate governance and defining development courses for the Group. Additionally, the company supervises the optimization of management processes and the development of an optimal operation model for the Group in all key areas. Within its structure, it contains departments and offices that conduct substantive supervision and provide support for companies by means of competences and human resources. Moreover, PGZ S.A. acts as a guarantor of financial obligations for services and projects performed by consortia, for whom the company is an integrator or a supporting entity.
PGZ S.A. is a participant in key consortia established with the participation of entities belonging to the Group, and also represents companies in contacts with foreign partners and key domestic partners. We are a partner of the world's largest arms manufacturers from North America, Asia and Europe, and our trading partners include such companies as LM, MBDA UK, Hyundai Rotem Corporation, and HANWHA. We export the products of our Group, among others, to the USA, the Middle East, and Africa.
