Control of foreign trade in military equipment, dual use goods, firearms for civilian use and ammunition thereof, goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment
Drafting of legislation with regards to the above scope of foreign trade.
Monitoring and control of entities dealing with foreign trade in the above areas.
Implementation of Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC)
International cooperation in prevention of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), missiles capable of their delivery and conventional weapons.
Issuing the Declaration of Eligibility and Nominations for Polish companies intending to participate in the NATO procurement procedures and to conclude Basic Order Agreements (BOA) with NATO agencies.
Training for the Polish entrepreneurs how to participate in the public procurement of international organizations and the US Army stationed in Poland.
Maintaining a database on the public procurement procedures of international organizations, as well as information on selected tenders, including contracts for Ukraine.
