The Military Property Agency is an executive agency supervised by the Minister of National Defence.
The Military Property Agency has on stock a broad range of licensed equipment (e.g. planes, ships, artillery equipment and firearms, ammunition, tanks and armoured carriers), withdrawn from use by the Polish Army, the Border Guards and the Police Force.
The armaments and military equipment and other combat assets, are offered for sale to entities duly authorized to make such purchases. Both domestic and foreign entities may purchase the armaments and military equipment.
