Shot Blasting Sp. z o.o. is the distributor (part of group) of automatic shotblasting machines of the OMSG brand (Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio S.p.A.), located near Milan, which has been producing its equipment since 1961.
The company can offer a wide range of shot blasting machines with standard equipment and also a lot of tailors made solutions. The range of machine types is very wide, starting from hanger-type, drum-type (with rubber or steel belt), pass-through (with roller conveyor or steel wire mesh), tunnel-type, with conical conveyor, with rotary table, and a lot of machines for special applications (e.g. for shot peening process).
Industries in which the machines operate include steel and cast iron foundries, high pressure aluminium foundries, forges, steel construction manufacturers, steel mills, electroplating and stamping plants.
Shot Blasting Sp. z o.o. in Poland also has a warehouse of spare parts and an authorized service team, which carries out preventive maintenance, repairs and technical assistance of machines and of the process at customer plants.
Shot Blasting Sp. z o.o. also operates a service facility in Rzeplin near Wroclaw, where it outsources the process of shot blasting, vibratory treatment and anti-corrosion protection of parts for transportation and storage for the automotive industry, among others.
The machinery park at the Shot Blasting Sp. z o.o. plant guarantees the repeatability of the process and allows for high capacities for parts of different sizes and selective process. The machinery park include hanger, drum and pass-through shot blasting machines, an automatic line for oiling parts and a vibratory machine integrated with the drying process. In near future company plan to introduce new surface treatment processes in new hall.
Obtaining IATF 16949 certification confirms the quality of its services and the company's emphasis on continuous improvement. The company is also ISO 9001 certified.
