PCB Service has been one of the main suppliers of equipment and materials for non-destructive testing (NDT) on the Polish market for over 20 years.
Our portfolio includes over 6,000 products for all test methods:

Investments in the training of our employees and continuous development in the search for new solutions allowed us to maintain stable cooperation with clients from various industries: aviation, automotive, manufacturing. We work with both large quality control divisions and small laboratories.
For most of the devices we provide domestic service: repairs, maintenance and periodic checks at our service center in Pszczółki.

Non-contact laser cleaning is an excellent alternative to many conventional cleaning technologies in industrial production and maintenance. Laser cleaning is non-abrasive, environmentally friendly and operates with almost negligible wear and tear. For industrial cleaning tasks that require high flexibility or the use of portable systems, we offer the JETLASER series of flexible handheld laser cleaning systems. The JETLASER series includes devices for laser cleaning of rust, paint, oil from metal surfaces and cleaning of molds.

The XE-L is Gilardoni's most efficient standard system, thanks to its extensive inspection volume and lead sheath providing protection up to 225 kV, allowing inspect a wide range of objects.
In the basic configuration, the xray cabinet is equipped with a MINIFOCUS 160 kV or 225 kV X-ray source, but at the same time it can be equipped with a MICROFOCUS X-ray source for high-resolution analysis of small components.

CGM CIGIEMME S.p.A. manufactures systems for examining the internal and external surfaces of compressors or turbine shafts with a UV vision head, landing gear inspection systems and other critical aircraft components.
The magnetizing current used can be alternating current, HWDC and FWDC, mono or three-phase.
Magnetization methods vary due to the complexity of the component and are studied to guarantee proper magnetization and 100% surface control.
CGM CIGIEMME S.P.A. the systems have the CE mark and are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations.

The OE series spark spectrometers are the latest OES metal analyzers. The OE series spectrometers not only identify the full spectrum of elements in the metal, but also offer some of the lowest detection limits. Both the OE750 and OE120 incorporate state-of-the-art solid-state detectors and a new optical concept (four pending patents). As a result, Hitachi OES analyzers have the highest optical resolution in their class.
The OE750 and OE720 spark spectrometers are designed for highly effective and reliable performance.
