Description
Harry H-1200 is an advanced, mobile robotic workstation for the automatic loading and unloading of CNC machine parts. It optimizes production processes by reducing downtime and minimizing operator involvement. Featuring a compact design and easy installation, it allows seamless relocation between different machines. The ability to operate in various machine configurations makes it a versatile solution for the metalworking industry. Its modular design enables smooth integration with different types of CNC machines, allowing flexible adaptation to the specific needs of a facility.
Harry MES is an intelligent software system for real-time production monitoring and management. It collects data from CNC machines, analyzes their performance, and helps optimize production processes. With this system, companies can plan production more efficiently, eliminate downtime, and enhance operational productivity.
In addition to our core products, we offer dedicated workstation equipment, such as coolant filtration systems that remove anaerobic bacteria and prevent corrosion. This process takes place while the machine is operating, utilizing filters with a precision of up to 5 microns.
