S2086+
The S2086+ is the hydraulic version of the S2086E+, designed for tube end-forming with multiple rotating heads for cutting, threading, facing, drilling, and rolling, including CNC. It offers high versatility, ensuring high production rates and precision. The pre-clamping system is controlled by a pneumatic actuator via a hold-to-run button. Its ergonomic design allows easy tooling changes, integration into work cells, and automation of loading/unloading. The utilities panel (pneumatic and lubrication systems) is located at the rear for easy access. The control panel is mounted on a double-jointed adjustable arm, installable on either side of the frame. The S2086+ is compatible with Smart Factory systems.

The SMALL2ER is the reversed version of the SMALL2E, a Fully Electric, multistack, and multiradius tube-bending machine with seven CNC axes. It processes aluminum tubes up to Ø20mm x 1.8mm, with integrated right and left bending directions. Its upside-down design simplifies tube unloading and allows easy integration into compact production lines and work cells. It features an electric arm and a C-axis drive beneath the bending plane, with orthogonal head translation. Right-to-left reconfiguration occurs by adjusting the slide unit and clamp carriage. A blocking system prevents collisions, and movements run on recirculating ball bearing guides for precision and reliability. SMALL2ER delivers high production rates and can bend with a CLR/DIA ratio below 0.8, ensuring quality and repeatability.
