The advanced drilling unit integrated into the 3 ADM with three high speed 22kW spindle motors offers an exceptional solution for rapid carbide drilling. The versatility of carbide drill bits is displayed by the broadest range of diameters available, catering to end-users who desire an extended tool lifespan across a variety of materials. The ability of the 3 ADM to meet this need not only boosts efficiency, but also promotes durability in various drilling situations.
Marking
The marking unit provides the possibility of marking material on 4 surfaces at the same time, with the results remaining clear even after painting or blasting processes.
ATC - Automatic Tool Changer
The 3 ADM comes with three automatic tool changers; one for each spindle, each containing six tool stations (3X6). The tool automatic tool changer allows for rapid, automatic tool changes, eliminating the need for human intervention and reducing the machine’s idle time.

Hare can reach all the angles required for cutting with the robotic arm that can move up and down. Thanks to its 6+2 axis, it can process all surfaces of the workpieces. In addition to this mobility, it can cut with high precision. The robotic arm is protected by a cabin inside the machine. While cutting in all axes, vibration is eliminated thanks to the robust frame of the robot as well as the clamping of the workpiece.

Automated Transport System: Infeed and Outfeed
