AFFS Sp. z o. o. is a supplier of comprehensive fire extinguishing solutions based on gas extinguishing agents. Specialized solutions for extinguishing CNC machines, painting booths, filters, and electrical switchboards complement a wide range of solutions for Data Center rooms, archives, and electrical rooms.

We focus on a comprehensive approach to issues related to gas extinguishing systems, which is why we have created a station for filling tanks with halocarons, which shortens delivery times and downtime after a fire. Our stable has been authorized by Johnson Control (TYCO).
We also guarantee warranty and post-warranty service to our customers, which increases the safety of our customers' installations.
Our offer includes specialized solutions, e.g. specialized AFFS-UCP fire detector holders, of which we are the exclusive distributor.
We specialize in fire protection of electrical and IT rooms such as: server rooms, UPS, etc. We protect and create fire extinguishing systems also to protect server rooms and container UPSs, which are becoming more and more popular due to the new fire threats associated with with new energy storage battery technologies.

The fire extinguishing systems from the AFFS-CNC group are dedicated to the protection of CNC machines and machine tools. They are based on solutions intended for extinguishing cooling oils, titanium or magnesium. These latter materials require specialized powder extinguishing agents. The product offer is complemented by technology protection systems. This applies to the protection of both painting lines and solid product grinding lines. An individual approach to each of these issues means that there are no identical applications due to the different fire hazards that occur in such specific production lines.

Extinguishing system for CNC machines and machine tools
Extinguishing system for CNC machines and machine tools
AFFS-CNC automatic fire extinguishing system for the protection of CNC machines and machine tools.
It is intended to extinguish fires in the processing part of the machine, but it can also cover other areas
The fire extinguishing system may be based on extinguishing agents such as:
- carbon dioxide
- FK-5-1-12
- fire extinguishing powders
The system does not require electricity and works even when the machine is turned off.
The AFFS-CNC system is based on a pressurized tank containing a fire extinguishing agent. The tank's cylinder valve is connected to a special pressure detection line that monitors the space covered by the fire extinguishing system.
As a result of burning the detection line, the pressure drops and the cylinder valve is automatically opened.
Opening the cylinder valve causes the extinguishing agent to flow into the pipeline/hose and through the installed nozzle in the extinguishing area.
The pressure sensor changes its state, causing the machine to turn off and transmitting extinguishing information to external systems. The detection line can be equipped with a manual trigger that personnel can use before automatic extinguishment is initiated.
The tanks operate at a pressure of 15 bar and are approved for operation for 10 years.
