Our team consists of over 130 employees working in five departments, offering the following:

Distribution
We are an importer and authorized distributor of electronic components, materials, tools for electronics, measuring instruments, and accessories from renowned brands. We continuously expand our offering by partnering with companies from around the world. We are also a supplier of materials for the aerospace and aviation service industries.

EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)
In our production department, we provide PCB assembly services using SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole technology. We operate modern equipment from JUKI, ERSA, EKRA, and ASYS, capable of assembling components as small as 01005. We ensure high quality by inspecting all products with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) devices. BGA assemblies are inspected using X-Ray equipment. We offer lead-free soldering technology and have facilities for wave soldering in a nitrogen atmosphere. Our machine park includes equipment for selective coating of PCBs, automatic PCB washing with ionic cleanliness control, selective soldering, and laser depaneling (green laser). We take on complex projects, including those for experimental purposes. We also offer repair services for PCBs with BGA assemblies using reballing technology.

SMT Stencils
One of the highly valued services in our portfolio is laser-cut SMT steel stencils, produced on LPKF devices. We are a licensee of ASM-DEK, offering stencils in the VectorGuard™ standard. We also produce stencils for BGA assemblies (for paste application or ball placement) used in reballing technology.

Material Converting
Our company also offers converting services for industrial single- and double-sided adhesive tapes. We provide Die-Cut and Kiss-Cut shapes and offer tape cutting to size from large rolls (log rolls). We are a licensed converter for companies such as 3M, Saint Gobain, IPG, and Tesa.

Lasers
Semicon Sp. z o.o. is the largest Polish manufacturer of laser modules. These modules are used in various industries, including medical applications. For instance, an infrared laser designed and constructed by our optoelectronics department has been utilized in the SOCT (Spectral Optical Coherent Tomography) tomograph produced by the Japanese corporation Canon, for which we are a certified supplier (Green Procurement Standard).
