EKOTECH 2020 marks its place in history!
EKOTECH and ENEX / ENEX New Energy expo attracted the total of 8,000 visitors and 176 companies from 14 countries.
Lectures and conferences at EKOTECH
The lectures block organised by the Polish Association of Vehicle Disassembly Stations EKO-AUTO was the meeting platform for owners and managers of disassembly stations. Conference participants were offered the possibility to find out the minimum requirements for the vehicle dismantling station day to day operation.
Much was said about rational waste management. The International Waste Management Forum was organized for the eighth time. This topic has been increasingly popular in the industry and therefore education plays a key role here in environment protection.
Koalicja BHP: [Health and Safety Coalition’] The Waste Management Employers Union, ENERIS Surowce offered the lectures series on health and safety at municipal services companies. Ekolog LLC focussed upon documentation and studies for businesses and local governments. The commune inventory of asbestos and drainage tanks was also discussed in the course of the session. National research on environmental impact assessment and conclusions which are indispensable for system improvement were presented at the session. Experts also put communes’ electromobility strategy in the limelight and pointed out how such a scheme should be developed.

Marek "Krzykacz" - the scrap metal collector from Pruszków, a true phenomenon
Marek "Krzykacz", the star of the Discovery Channel’s - "Scrap Yards" proved to be immensely popular - the scrap metal collector from Pruszków posed for hundreds of photos with visitors. He also revealed the secret of meeting his driver Edek. Krzykacz presented his future plans. A trip to Scotland was pointed out as his cherished memory, this includes economic benefits and profitability of the escapade. Marek's unusual character was very much to the visitors’ liking.
