Closing the Russian market - a chance for new development directions for the cosmetics industry!

27 april 2022
The tense geopolitical situation in Eastern Europe has consequences for many industries, and there is a mass movement of companies withdrawing Russian market. Firms discontinue their business engagement. The cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries are not different. However, we should remember that closing one country's market does not block the possibility of exporting. This is an eye-opener for those looking for new directions.

That is why it is worth taking part in the contracting expo for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry, which takes place on 21 and 22 June at the Targi Kielce Congress Centre. Cosmetics producers, who have so far exported their products to Russia, will be able to open up to new directions. This is the chance for business expansion through meetings with buyers from all over the world.

Slavic B2Beauty - the way which leads to new markets!

The Polish Union of the Cosmetics Industry, the content&knowledge Partner of SLAVIC B2BEAUTY, announced that most of the member companies have refrained from selling their products to Russia,  though many of them find export is the main source of income, and Russia accounted for a large part of income. These companies must fill the gap as soon as possible. And foreign buyers and distributors from countries such as: Qatar, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Israel, the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Spain, the Netherlands and China come in aid. These and many other countries appear at Kielce's expo. There are new markets at your fingertips. Long journeys to distant lands will be replaced by a visit to the first Slavic B2Beauty trade fair. Establishing business partnerships with Chambers of Commerce, international companies, consortia and networks that are looking for producers of natural and ecological cosmetics is now fast and easy.

Go Asia!

In recent years, the Asian market has been the fastest-growing cosmetics market in the world,  largely due to its population, exceeding 4.5 billion inhabitants, and the increase in urbanisation. This market has sprung to become the largest cosmetics market in the world. Last year's data show that it was Uzbekistan, next to Kazakhstan, Switzerland and Moldova, was one of the most dynamically developing target markets for Polish cosmetics. It is therefore worth taking part in June business meetings -  this is where producers will have the opportunity to contact foreign distributors, negotiate prices and determine the supply chain.

Join Slavic B2Beauty and get yourself carried away by Slavic beauty!

The June beauty industry event is a perfect development opportunity not only for cosmetics producers but also for distributors and representatives of retail chains looking for a new assortment for their drugstores and beauty shops. Slavic creams, lotions, soaps and other natural and ecological cosmetics are gaining increased popularity. Your offer is thus enriched with products desired by consumers.

We are waiting for June contracting expo registrations only until 15 May.
