The SACROEXPO 2021 exhibition granted the honorary patronage of the Bishop of Kielce
At the last year's SACROEXPO, Bishop of Kielce, Jan Piotrowski, emphasised that the event is not only a response to the needs of the spirit but also meets the expectations of the community:
- There are much fewer of us. In these difficult circumstances, however, we are responding to the needs of the spirit and expectations of the community in the religious and social dimensions. That is why I congratulate President Andrzej Mochoń and all his associates on organising such a wonderful event - emphasised Bishop of Kielce Jan Piotrowski during the opening.
The SACROEXPO exhibition is enhanced and complemented with a rich program of accompanying events, including thematic exhibitions and knowledge-packed, inspiring meetings. The SACROEXPO Exhibition has been the place to present the medal of the Pontifical Council for Culture, invariably, since 2005. The accolade is awarded to outstanding artists who use their art to bring people closer to God. The artistic achievements of 29 laureates has been appreciated and applauded in the Kielce exhibition and congress centre and among them Ennio Morricone, Krzysztof Zanussi, Krzysztof Penderecki, Antonina Krzysztoń, Wojciech Kilar, Wincenty Kućma, Paweł Łukaszewski, Leszek Sosnowski and Jerzy Skąpski.
