The NECROEXPO Exhibitor - beautiful jubilee celebrations

02 february 2021
This year's September marks half a century anniversary - it has been fifty years since Melex LLC started serial production of its electric vehicles. The International Funeral and Cemetery Fair NECROEXPO in Targi Kielce has been the place to bestow accolades for this brand products

The crowning achievement of the company's 50-years' in business celebrations are two new model lines;  the first is N.TRUCK. A modular electric utility vehicle with a 3.5 tons GVM, intended for transport in urban and industrial areas. N.TRUCK can carry loads up to 2 tons, twice as much as the current Melex models or vans of the well-known brand. Equipped with lithium batteries, N.TRUCK offers the travel of up to 70 km / h, with over 150 km range, which allows the vehicle to work around the clock. Thanks to its compact size, light structure and a width of 1500 mm, the vehicle can easily move in the narrow streets of old cities or inside warehouse halls. No air pollution guaranteed.  The N.TRUCK model will be available in two versions: medium with a wheelbase of 2500 mm and long with a wheelbase of 3000 mm.  Both names - N.TRUCK and the other model line, i.e.  N.50 refer to the company's anniversary. New vehicles are designed to replace the current models in the future. The modular structure allow for bespoke body arrangement, which will increase the wide range of vehicle applications.  The vehicles portfolio comes in: short (1950 mm platform), medium (2500 mm platform), long (3000 mm platform) versions and a 6-seater model. Equipped with lithium batteries, the N.50 models' travel speed is around 55 km / h. They offer 150 km range. The homologation tests of both models' prototypes and the industrialization process are now underway. Sales of N.TRUCK and N.50 starts in the middle of this year.
