The Diocese and PGE RES jointly develop photovoltaic schemes

On Thursday, 5 November the agreement was signed at the Diocesan Curia in Zielona Góra. The PGE Renewable Energy company and the Curia are to finalise the project of building photovoltaic installations
The project of building photovoltaic installations on the land owned by the Zielona Góra and Gorzów Diocese is probably the largest project of this type in Poland. The area of 320 ha will be the site for photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of approximately 200 MW. The investment is to be implemented by 2023.
The meeting was attended, among others, by diocesan economy officer Fr. Tadeusz Stanisławski and the president of PGE Renewable Energy - Marcin Karlikowski.
