The Necroexpo organisers have convened in Kielce

01 march 2021
Necroexpo is one of Poland's most important events of the funeral and cemetery business sector. Targi Kielce has organised NECROEXPO for many years in cooperation with the Polish Funeral Chamber Association. The representatives of the institution attended the meeting in the Kielce exhibition and congress centre

The organisational matters regarding the upcoming Necroexpo dominated the meeting's agenda. The working session was held on 25 February at Targi Kielce  and was attended by representatives of the Polish Funeral Chamber Association: Zbigniew Baran, the President of the Chamber, and Bronisław Stompor and Piotr Banaczyk, Vice Presidents. Targi Kielce was represented by Andrzej Mochoń, President of the Management Board, Kamil Perz Director of the Trade Fair Department, Marcin Musiał - the NECROEXPO show Manager and Marcin Paszkowski, Vice-Manager of the expo.

- For years, the Necroexpo fair has been an ideal place to present products, and to network with business-insiders.  The expo atmosphere has always been amazing and this is what we miss the most today - said the President of the Polish Chamber of Funeral Industry Association after the meeting.

During the meeting, the participation declarations submitted for this year's edition by domestic and foreign exhibitors were analysed. Many of exhibitors emphasise the need for traditional meetings; this very high demand for face to face encounters is demonstrated, although business-people are aware of the restrictions. They all declare compliance with the sanitary regime and also know what hygiene measures have been prepared by Targi Kielce employees.

As Zbigniew Baran, President of the Chamber, declares, the exhibitors also plan to participate in the Necroexpo because they have many new products to show. The aspect of sharing your work experiences and insights gathered over the time since the last expo meeting is also important, as this year has not been easy for the industry.

The meeting was concluded with the declaration of further cooperation and the idea of creating the trade show beyond divisions, crafted around the entire funeral industry.
