SIAD is one of the most important chemical companies in Italy, providing a comprehensive range of technical, special and medical gases, primarily for the mechanical engineering, food, chemical, metallurgy, electrical engineering, health and environmental industries.

The company was founded in Bergamo in 1927;  now SIAD has a solid tradition. With time, SIAD advanced to enter new markets (especially in Central European countries), as well as other sectors. The firm constantly grows - it is a flexible and dynamic organization which guarantees its customers the highest quality, reliability and professionalism.

SIAD SpA entered the Polish market through its subsidiary SIAD Czech spol. Sro through 2015 acquisition of the company TECHNOGAS LLC founded in 2008. Since then, the company has successfully supplied technical and food gases as well as other mixtures to customers.  The then company operated mainly in Silesia and southern voivodships of Poland, now it also cooperates with entities located in other parts of the country, and even abroad (Czech Republic, Estonia). The acquisition entry was published in the Polish commercial register on 12, 2015 August - in November 2015 the company changed its name to SIAD Poland LLC.

The company has a production plant in Ruda Śląska, in the industrial agglomeration of Katowice, Chorzów, Gliwice and Zabrze.  SIAD has its own bottling plant and provides liquefied gas supplies. The company has the ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 22000 quality system certificates:
