Please be advised that Targi Kielce works in “Business as Usual” mode and its expos are held in accordance with the events calendar. Therefore none of the trade shows has been cancelled. The dates of previously planned events have not changed, either.
We constantly monitor global situation and duly apply the World Health Organization’s (WHO) and the Chief Sanitary Inspector’s recommendations. The measures and procedures we have implemented are consistent with administrative decisions of responsible bodies. Should there be any changes, you will be duly informed.
Further to numerous questions regarding expo participation, we would like to inform you that each particular situation is analysed in accordance with the applicable Targi Kielce Rules and Regulations and other legal acts.
Targi Kielce, like the organisers of numerous events held in the country, business owners and managements, we find the information about the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus spread and possible cause the COVID-19 disease alarming. Therefore, public health and safety is our utmost concern. We always go an extra mile to secure our clients, partners, guests and employees’ well-being. Therefore, we act in the best interest of our clients, partners, guests and employees’ safety and well-being and provide the highest possible hygienic and health-safety level as well as medical care and assistance during your stay in our exhibition and congress centre.
The highest sanitary safety measures are applied during all events organised at Targi Kielce: multiple surface, handrails, door handles and mirrors cleaning and disinfection, as well as provision of protective masks. Disinfectant liquid dispensers are located in the expo facility. A medical unit with a General Practitioner on duty is available for all expo participants and guests.
The International Fair of Agricultural Techniques AGROTECH and the Timber Industry & Forest Resources Management Fair LAS-EXPO are held from 13 to 15 March 2020. 700 exhibitors have confirmed their participation in the events - the exhibition use 65,000 square meters of the exhibition space in 11 exhibition pavilions, the 4 extra expo halls included. The assembly of the last tent hall began on 2 March.
