The design guidelines for bin shelter is now ready and available!

In April, during the virtual edition of the Ekotech, the audience had the opportunity to participate in a conference on standards regarding bin shelters. The meeting co-organizer - Eneris Surowce, together with the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland, prepared a guide that contains a number of practical guidelines, including a model for the appropriate size of a bin shelter.
The "Waste collection facilities. Guidelines for architects, cooperatives and local government officials” publication has been jointly prepared by the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland, the Department of Environmental Management of the Katowice City Hall and ENERIS Surowce, a long-term exhibitor of the Ekotech expo. The project authors streamline the necessary knowledge required to build a functional and aesthetic bin shelter for segregated waste. The publication includes a plethora of good examples, specific dimensions and practical tips to help design and renovate these elements of urban spaces.
