Military reconnaissance - preparations for MSPO 2022

The Armed Forces Exhibition is preceded with reconnaissance, an intro to the International Defence Industry Exhibition organised in September

The three-day meeting is chaired by the Armed Forces Exhibition Coordinator, Colonel Grzegorz Lisowski. The Targi Kielce personnel responsible for the development, graphic services, accommodation booking, security and technical security discuss the details with the WSZ Exhibitors from Hall A and B.

In 2022’s International Defence Industry Exhibition  - the expo celebrates its 30th anniversary -  not only is MSPO a comprehensive presentation of military equipment, but it also abounds with business meetings and contracts concluded between manufacturers from different continents and the defence sector bodies. Turkey will be the Lead Nation Exhibitor for the second time. MSPO is ranked third among all Europe’s exhibitions, after the Paris and London trade shows. This year’s MSPO is held from 6 to 9 September 2022. The Polish Armaments Group has been the Strategic Partner of the International Defence Industry Exhibition.

The jubilee, the 30th International Defence Industry Exhibition in Targi Kielce culminates with the gala awarding ceremony
One of the last highlights of the International Defence Industry Exhibition was the presentation ceremony of the DEFENDER awards - the distinction is awarded every year by the Kielce defence trade show’s Programme Board and the Jury Panel. During the gala, other accolades were bestowed, including the Special Award of the Minister of Development and Technology, the Award of the President of Targi Kielce and awards for the arrangement of the expo stand.

Cooperation agreement between PGZ and the Metrological Cluster signed at MSPO
On the third day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce, the cooperation agreement between the Polish Armaments Group and the Metrology Cluster was signed. The signing act by the president of Targi Kielce, Doctor Andrzej Mochoń and PGZ president Sebastian Chwałek.

For these few days, Poland is at the heart of Europe's security architecture - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during his visit to Targi Kielce on Thursday, 8, September. During his visit to Targi Kielce, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki toured the expo stands at the 30th International Defence Industry Exhibition and met with journalists.

Dynamic show-presentations - an indispensable part of MSPO
From the first day of the jubilee MSPO, the exhibition of military equipment and modern technology is accompanied by numerous dynamic shows that attract a large group of people and generates an avid interest. The latest anti-drone systems, modern tools used by the military, unmanned aerial vehicles and thermal imaging cameras – there are only some examples of the assortment put on display at show-presentations.

PGZ agreement with Hanwha Defense signed at MSPO
The South Korean Hanwha Defense and Polish Armaments Group have signed a memorandum setting out the partnership principles for production, servicing, life cycle costs and future development of K9 self-propelled howitzers, infantry fighting vehicles and multiple rocket launchers. The memorandum was signed on the second day of the Targi Kielce MSPO.
