KIELCE IFRE-EXPO 2021 postponed until autumn - it's official

28 april 2021
Having analysed the current situation, the Targi Kielce Management Board has resolved to postpone the International Fire Protection & Rescue Exhibition IFRE-EXPO, initially scheduled for June. The turn of September and October 2021 is the new expo date.

People who do not know what do not know MICE and the expo industry from behind the scenes probably do not realise event preparations take many months of hard work. The first arrangements regarding the next edition are made on the day after a trade fair is over. When doing business as usual, a well-coordinated team working at Targi Kielce IFRE-EXPO can plan everything upfront;  unfortunately, what we have experienced for over a year, is far from "normal times". Getting back to normal becomes more and more feasible. The global COVID-19 pandemic has thwarted the plans of all businesses. The Targi Kielce schedule has also crumbled several times. To make the situation even more complex, the exhibition industry was put on a halt in March 2020. Thus the situation required to make quick decisions regarding the exhibitions held also in the upcoming year.  Everyone was looking forward to organising a meeting of the fire services milieus in Kielce in June. Today's situation forced Targi Kielce to reconsider its plans and expo calendar again. Today we are experiencing the third wave's hurdle. We all to see the end of it - when it comes - we don't know yet. We know something we didn't know last year. The vaccinations are effective, and the global vaccination programme is gaining speed just like a fire truck speeding into action. The health scheme is shifting gears up.  The next fire services expo welcomes its guests - join us in Targi Kielce from 30 September to 2 October 2021.
