Inquiry from MSPO with positive response

The September 2019’s International Defence Industry Exhibition witnessed the Polish government filing in LOR Letter of Request regarding the purchase of Javelin Missile and Command Launch Unit

The US Department of State has granted issued a preliminary approval for the sale to Poland of Raytheon / Lockheed Martin FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank missile sets with the necessary additional equipment. The Territorial Defence Forces are to be equipped with the sets.  Poland intends to buy 180 FGM-148 Javelin missiles with 79 aiming and Command Launch Units (CLU). This is complemented with Basic Skill Trainer,  Missile Simulation Round, spare Battery Coolant Units, spare parts supply for 2 years as well as training and logistics support. The basic and related equipment is to be sold for an estimated cost of $100 million.
