ROMER show at EXPO-SURFACE?

Poland’s and one of Europe’s largest manufacturer of powder paint shops showcases the latest developments at EXPO-SURFACE - Exhibition of Corrosion Protection Technology and Surface Treatment

ROMER has 11,000 manufactured devices which work in over 45 countries around the world. ROMER is a producer of individual technological devices for powder coatings as well as complete, fully automatic turnkey coatings lines. The company provides heating solutions for the aero and automotive industries, for the largest corporations in the world. Warranty and post-warranty service and spare parts offer included.  

 EXPO-SURFACE  is the showcase for ROMER presentation of a powder paint-shop centre with the automatic tank cleaning function.  The use of two dense phase pumps and a step-less paint level sensor in the tank allows to have a constant recovered-to-fresh paint ratio.  The use of an ultrasonic screen increases paint recovery efficiency,  membrane valves on board for easy tank emptying and cleaning whenever frequent colour changes are required.  The computer-controlled valve system allows maintenance-free selection of the paint recovery path.
