AUER joins the EXPO-SURFACE to showcase its new products
At the AUER Poland expo stand you can see:
The ecological shot-blasting machine (sandblasting cabinet) - AUER ST 1000 DPS rotating aggregate
The compact, ecological AUER blasting device - the ST 1000 DPS type integrated with the high-performance ASP filter system for automatic, precise details processing placed individually in the stabilizing holders on satellites / rotating satellites or in a basket placed within a hopper. The number of blast guns and the number of rotating satellites depends on the size and geometry of the workpieces. Stationary blast guns placed at a specific angle in the working holders or they are placed vertically or horizontally with reciprocal movement possibility. The required machining time is set on the timer. The speed of the satellites/work basket is continuously and infinitely adjusted on the potentiometer. The device may also be equipped with the SPS-SIEMENS controller with the control panel. The device is a universal shot blasting system and thus can also be used for manual blasting of larger workpieces.
RENDER spray cleaning system, type WE 60 AM
The RENDER AM series water-spray cleaning system equipped with a horizontal rotary basket is used for automatic cleaning and manual cleaning of details. Recommended for repair and renovation areas (repair of engines and drives)—manual high-pressure cleaning up to 160 bar for optimal processing of geometrically complex details. The device is the economical and environmentally friendly application for cleaning, degreasing and chips removal.
RENDER spray cleaning system, type W 60 C
The RENDER C series water-spray compact cleaning system is equipped with a horizontal rotary basket and the side-wall accessories for cleaning small, details in a mass-flow and complex shape-details. The device is the economical and environmentally friendly application for cleaning, degreasing, chips removal and phosphate coating. Depending on the application area, the device can carry out the following functions: cleaning, ECO/circulation rinsing, blowing, drying.
