A spotlight on environmental protection and pro-ecological activities at Ekotech
The "Together We Create Ecological Świętokrzyskie" conference organised by the Department of Environment and Waste Management of the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in Kielce is targeted at a wide audience including local governments, entrepreneurs and everyone interested in issues related to environmental protection. The conference is to be held on 24 February 2022.
In addition to issues related to the implementation of the current EU policy expressed in the European Green Deal, the conference features good practices and ready-made examples of measures aimed at minimising the impact of harmful climate change, especially in air pollution. Issues related to the packaging and packaging waste management, as well as the use of green public procurement in the context of circular economy, will also be discussed, in addition to the plethora of topics related to the administrative decisions (permits/allowances) in the context of the European Green Deal. Issues related to recognising an item or substance as a by-product, end-of-waste status, greenhouse gas emission allowances trading, integrated permits are also on the agenda. A special information point features employees of the Department of Environment and Waste Management of the Marshal's Office in Kielce who provide information to those interested.
